Refund Policy

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just email us at within 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will provide you with a return address, and once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. Please note that your will have to bear the cost of returning the item to us.

For certain items, the 100% satisfaction guarantee may not be applicable due to hygiene reasons or a steep discount on the item has been given. In such a case, this will be clearly stated in the product description.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately and send us a photo of the item if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
